What is CourtConnect?
CourtConnect enables same‑day check‑in for attorney or litigants’ participation in remote hearings. Users can check in to multiple hearings and view them all in one centralized location.
Who can use CourtConnect?
All non‑confidential court hearings are open to the public for in‑person access only. LACourtConnect is not for the media or public to observe court proceedings.
LACourtConnect is only intended for remote appearances by participants with a role in the case, including litigants, attorneys, and witnesses.
RESTRICTIONS
Photographing, recording, or broadcasting hearings via LACourtConnect is strictly prohibited by California Rules of Court 1.150 and Superior Court of Los Angeles County Local Rule 2.17.
